Got a campaign ready to be produced? Let us help you with a hint of our Production Workflow to ensure everything goes well. Taken from our internSeed Proficiency materials, here’s a bit of what we discussed during “Production 101” session!
Let’s begin with: PRODUCTION WORKFLOW
We divide our workflow into 4 sections for a simpler depiction.
- Brief
- Pre-Production
- Production
- Post-Production
BRIEF
A brief is created in accordance with the Campaign Deck which often includes Storyline (for video), Visual Benchmark, with a Content Plan built for a specific range of time.
PRE-PRODUCTION
Following the pre-determined Brief, list and collect the object below:
- Moodboard
- Talent Suggestions
- Location
- Properties
- Shot List
- Budget
- Call Sheet
Send this to your client or your finance person for approval, a collection of these elements are what we call as PRODUCTION BRIEF.
PRODUCTION
On D-Day, we advise you to make sure you keep an eye on:
-
Duration!
-
The wellbeing of your crew & talent
-
Keep everything within your budget
POST-PRODUCTION
Here are some of the things you might add during post-production process:
- Curate and edit photos/videos
- Take Voice Overs
- Add Graphics or Motion
- Music
- SFX
